Criterion 1: The candidate must have an average yearly turnover of at least EUR 50 million. This criterion applies to the candidate as a whole, i.e. through the combined capacity of all members of the group in case of a group of economic operators. In addition, the following financial ratio’s shall be met:. • Current ratio (i.e. current assets divided by current liabilities) must be above 1.0;. • Solvency ratio (i.e. equity divided by total assets) must be above 20%. This criterion applies to each member of the group in case of a group of economic operators. Criterion 2: The relevant professional risk indemnity insurance must have a minimum coverage of EUR 2,5 million. Please note that If the candidate is awarded the contract, his professional risk indemnity insurance should be increased to a minimum coverage of EUR 5 million. Criterion 3: . - minimum 3 references related to the construction of pipelines in the last 5 years; and . - with a minimum diameter of 900mm in the gas business; and . - with a minimum total length of 50 km; and. - including (semi-)automatic welding process; and. - including and indicating open trench part, the horizontal directional drilling(s) and other drilling(s); and. - accompanied by certificates of satisfactory execution (signed by client); and. - indication of the planning of the performed works; and. - full scope description. Criterion 4: . - minimum 3 references related to the construction of pipelines in the last 5 years; and . - with a diameter of 300mm to 600mm in the gas business; and . - with a minimum total length of 50 km; and. - proof of construction in a “cross country” area as well as in an “industrial” area (f.ex. a port area); and. - including and indicating open trench part, the horizontal directional drilling(s) and other drilling(s); and. - accompanied by certificates of satisfactory execution (signed by client); and. - indication of the planning of the performed works; and. - full scope description. Criterion 5: For each key position the applicant will supply information on a first choice, suitably qualified candidate, as specified below: Position / Total Work Experience (years) / In Similar Works Experience (years) ( CV's to be joined). . Criterion 7: ISO 9001:2008 or other ISO standard related to supply chain management certification or equivalent and ISO 14001:2015 certification or equivalent.
