This tender concerns the delivery of  a large area multifunctional system for semi-automated assembly of advanced photovoltaic modules.

III.2. CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION
III.2.1. Situation propre des opérateurs économiques:
1. Evidence/Certificate of the competent authority/body that shows that the candidate has fulfilled his fiscal obligations (Personal and corporate income tax and VAT obligations) in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which he is established. This certificate concerns/confirms the status before the date of submission of the requests to participate (art.63 Award RD). 
For a Belgian candidate it concerns the compliance with the fiscal obligations towards the "FOD Financiën", based on the certificate delivered by the "FOD Financiën". 
2. A certificate of the competent authority/body that confirms that - at the moment of the date of submission of the requests to participate - the candidate has fulfilled his obligations related to the payment of social security contributions in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which he is established. For the candidate that employs people under the Belgian social security legislation, the "RSZ-certificate" referred to in the Royal Decree "Award", article 62§2 is meant.
